Yes. We sell guns to people throughout the United States.
We are an actual brick and mortar store that has been in the gun business for 20 years in Loveland, CO. Including prior stores in other Colorado towns, we have been in the gun business for 30 years. We are not a "one time purchase" delear that is so typical on the internet in the gun business. We are big delear, interested in earning customers that come back to us over and over for all their firearms, whether they live here in Colorado or anywhere else.
Unfortunately, no. We must ship firearms purchased to another federally licensed dealer in your area. Most gun shops or other delears will accept shipment for you for a small fee.
You do not have to do a background check or anything of that nature with us, however you will have to do whatever your state laws require in this area with your local delear when you pick up the firearm from them.
Yes. If there are not currently pictures on our website of the gun you are interested in, simply use the contact form on the page of that gun to send us a request and we will take photos of that gun and upload them for your review on the site.
We will send you an invoice through Google Checkout for the purchase to your email address. This email invoice will provide instructions on using your credit card to securely pay for the purchase using Google Checkout.
We process all orders in 48 hours and then ship them via UPS ground. Your selected delear should receive your gun within a maximum of 5-10 days from the time you pay the invoice.
Yes. We will ship using faster methods at the request of the customer.
Is my purchase secure?Google will effectively be responsible for the security of your payment as we never receive or see your credit card number. Google Checkout has proven to be extremely secure and the best method out there for processing online payments.
Unfortunately, no. However, if your gun is in some way defective or was misrepresented to you we will work with you to resolve the situaiton through getting it fixed or exchanged for another firearm or, in extreme cases, provide a refund. All such requests must absolutely be made within 30 days of purchase.
