Buying Online from Orchard's Hardware

General Information:

We sell guns to people throughout the United States in full compliance with applicable laws. We are a fully licensed FFL dealer and we are a brick and mortar store based in Loveland, Colorado. All guns we sell are shipped from this location.

How to Buy:

When browsing guns in our online gun shop, simply click on the gun of interest. Within the details page of the gun, simply enter your contact information into the contact form. One of our gun department personnel will respond back to you via email to arrange the purchase. Once a purchase arrangement has been met and all of the required information gathered, we will send you an invoice for the appropriate amount via Google Checkout. This invoice should be paid via credit card according to the invoice instructions through Google Checkout. The payment process is quite straight forward and easy to complete.

Firearm FFL Delivery:

All firearms shipped must be shipped to another licensed FFL dealer. Most FFL holders are willing to accept shipments though most charge a small fee for this service. Once a firearm is shipped to a delear in your area, the firearm is actually transferred in accordance with that state's applicable laws including background check, etc. Your local dealer will handle all of this for you. We must receive a signed copy of the delear's Federal Firearms License before we can ship any firearm.

Payment Security:

All payments for online sales are processed through Google Checkout. Therefore, your payment is secured by one of the internet's premier payment services. Your online purchase security is our top priority and we have not found any solution for online payments as simple and secure as Google Checkout. Google has consistently proven itself as safe and reliable for payment processing. You can review Google Checkout by visiting http://checkout.google.com.

Return Policy:

Due to the nature of the gun business as well as certain laws associated the gun industry, we are required to generally consider all sales final. If you by rare chance receive your purchase and it is in some verifiable way defective or was in some verifiable way misrepresented to you prior to purchase, we will work closely with you to arrange a repair, exchange, or refund as appropriate. All such requests absolutely must be made within 30 days of purchase completion.

Shipping Policy:

We process all online purchases within 48 hours and ship via UPS. We ship via UPS ground except in certain cases where UPS shipping policy requires utilizing overnight shipping services or at the request of the customer. Shipping charges are added to the customer invoice and paid prior to shipment.
