Ever wonder just how good those cordless mowers are? Well I tell you my experience. I’ve had a Black & Decker CMM1000 mower for over five years now and I love it! It is the most simple mower I’ve ever used. It’s quiet, and really does cut well. All you do is charge it, mow and plug it back in. No gas, oil or hard starting. I have around 7000 sq ft to mow, and it never runs short of a charge. It mulches really well. It’s not the best bagger in the world. Picks up grass just fine, but leafs and twigs, well it falls a bit short on those. Haven’t had to do any maintencance other than  sharpen the blade , of course, in those five years. Replacing the battery is easy as well, though as we’ve done some here in the store. The battery runs a bit over $100.00, which is probably cheaper than the gas you’d use in a regular mower, what with the cost of gas these days. Like I said, I love mine, and I highly recommend them!
