I just had the task of replacing the cedar privacy fence at two of my rentals.  First, I called a number of fence companies about tearing down the old fence plus building the new.  I hired a company locally called  Triple A Fencing (John @ 691-3925) and an office number of 224-5113 (Loveland phone book).  Not only did their bid come in noticiably low but the quality of their materials and end result were outstanding.  I then had Walt @ Loveland Painting (481-4139) come out and stain both fences with Superdeck (from Ace of course).  This were two dreaded jobs but both projects came out beautiful and well under their expected costs.  I recommend both companies. You can see the results on the corner of 41st and Balsa (three blocks east of Taft) in Loveland.
