Well, to be totally honest, I watched, and actually enjoyed, the first season of NBC’s The Apprentice. Since then I have found the whole thing a bit boring, cheesey, and repetitive but I guess it is realistically only at that point a company like ACE Hardware (unlike our big box competitors) can afford to get in on the action. I think “The Donald” is honestly quite a fake myself (keep in mind his casino and hotel business has been bankrupt for sometime now) but I do like seeing ACE Hardware trying to gain a foothold in American pop culture, even if they’re a bit late.

More importantly, I think the ApprentACE deal is cool on the charity side.
