So I was talking with Clark the other day about the old TV show “Laugh-In”. I actually had no idea what “Laugh-In”, Clark said I was too young so I went to consult the world’s free, collaborative encyclopedia… Wikipedia. Well I came to find that Laugh-In was on from 1968-1973 and since I was born at the very end of 1981 I decided I was in fact too young to know the show, but that is not the point.

What is the point is that it got me thinking about ACE Hardware in Wikipedia. I looked it up to find a VERY POOR at best article describing ACE Hardware. You would think that since totally just redesigned acehardware.com (and spent a damn fortune doing so), you would think we could find a way to do something as simple as get a nice descriptive article in Wikipedia. Well, since they didn’t, I took it upon myself to spruce it up a hair.

I haven’t had time tonight to really update it properly yet but I did do some and I think I am designating myself as the individual to create a good ACE Hardware article in Wikipedia. Also, since I DO NOT work for ACE Hardware Corporation, it is legitimate for me to update it.

More importantly, while I don’t think Orchards ACE deserves its own Wikipedia article just yet, we are in the links section within the ACE Hardware article. While it’s not much, I am happy to say that your home town hardware store in Loveland, Orchards ACE Hardware, has made it first appearance in Wikipedia, YEEAAA!!
